  • how to place an order?
  • Ordering is easy; follow these steps with every personalized product in our store:
    1. Choose the preferred style(WarholStyle, Lichtenstein Style, Retro Style, Silhouette style , etc.)
    2. Choose the size for your Art.
    3. Choose number of different photos/subjects that you want to use for your design.
    4. Finish the checkout proces

  • How long does it take to receive my Art?
  • You should receive your UniquePopart artwork order with in 7 business days of your approval of the design(depending on your location). Usually the UniquePopart process takes approximately 7 business days, from the time you ordered till receive your art. If you need your art sooner, you can upgrade your production process by selecting one of Our rush options.

  • RUSH Options?
  • We offer three levels of rush production upgrades. Order that utilizes the rush option will be prioritized in all steps of the production, Rush Option DOES NOT include the shipping method costs. You can to select the according shipping method during the check out process. Shipping charges will be added to the order total.

  • Normal Rush $45: Production time within 5-7 Business Days from Receipt of Customer Photos.
  • Express Rush $75: Production time within 3-5 Business Days from Receipt of Customer Photos.
  • Elite Rush $100: Production time within 1-2 Business Days from Receipt of Customer Photos.

  • What does "design fee" means
  • The design fee covers the time and effort needed to design your personalized art. It varies deppening on the style and the number of sunbject or photos that are included in your design, as all of our designs are hand made our team of talented artists.
    When placing an order you will be only charged for the design fee. Once you review your design and approve the proof the remaining balance will be charged.

  • Reviewing my design
  • We never print on canvas with out your approval. We want you to be fully satisfied with your Art.
    Within a day of receiving your photos, we will send you an e-mail that your initial proof is ready for you to review. If you approve of the proof, you can accept it by clicking on the "Accept" button of the email and we will proceed to finalization of your art. You will receive your UniquePopart artwork and original photo(s) with in 2-7 business of approval depending on your location and shipping method selected
    If you do not like the proof, you may click on the please revise button along with your comments on what you want to be changed. We want you to be happy with your final UniquePopart art work and Our designers will diligently work on your proof till you are completely satisfied. Once accepted, we will finalize your order and ship out the art.

    If you are not 100% happy with the final portrait you receive, just send it back to us within seven days from the time you receive it, in its original packaging, and we will either redo it at no additional charge (using the same design) or refund your money back.   • Which photos are best to use
  • An ideal photo is a head shot or a close up of the of the subject(person, pet etc...). Pictures that work great are with the following characteristics:
    - Sharp. Great pictures photos are sharp and focused, blurry and out of focus pictures re very difficult to begin with, cause details in the subject are not clearly noticable.
    - Good lighting. Best when the light source is behind camera or a flash has been used but from an appropriate distance(not more than 10ft nor closer than 4ft).
    - Good contrast and brightness. Make sure the picture is not under exposed (too dark) or over exposed (too bright).
    If you are unsure which photo to use, please e-mail your photos we will suggest you which photos will work the best.

  • How to send my photos
  • There are two options.
    1. Send us your photos by e-mail
    2. Or you can upload your photos through our website.
    After your finish the checkout process click on UPLOAD PHOTOS and follow the necessary steps to upload your images.

  • Can you isolate a person from a group?
  • Yes, we can remove any unwanted background or sunjectsfrom the photo and work only on the person, pet or subject you want to be in the focus of your atr.

  • Can I send a B&W photos?
  • Sure, if you have an old photo that you want to bring to life, No problem, we can work with B&W or color photographs.

  • Can I change my photo after I have already submitted it?
  • If you want to change the photos that you already sent, you may change them at no additional charge if our designers haven't yet started working your proof. However, if our designers started to work on your proof, there will be a supplementary charge ($50 or 20% of the total cost, the lesser of the two ).

  • Can I change my style after I have selected it?
  • If we have not yet started to work on your initial proof we can change the style at no additional cost. But, if we have already started to work on your original selected style, there will be a additional charge ($25 or 15% of the total amount, the greater of the two)applied.

  • How many revision can I have
  • You are entitled to numerous revisions till you are completely satisfied with you proof and give us an approval to proceed with production.It is our commitment to diligently work on your proof . Our designers will diligently work on your proof and make all the changes free of charge.

  • Can I order just a print and frame it my self?
  • If you want to frame the art yourself, you will receive your Art rolled in a cautiously packed carton tube/. We will make your art in your preferred size and leave around 1.5 inches of extra material around the edges to make sure it will be easily framed.

  • can I select my colors?
  • Sure, during checkout, simply enter your preferred colors in the "special comments: field , and Our designers will be more than happy to follow your instructions while working on your design.

  • can I select my colors?
  • Sure! We'll be more than happy to produce your Art in any custom size you want. Just e-mail us with the size and framing option you need and within one business day a representative will contact you with a quote and assist you to place the order

  • can I customize the text in the artwork?
  • Yes. You can leave out or fully customize the text on your Art. You can include as many text bubbles you prefer and decide who will be saying it. We ca add even if the design you've chosen doesn't include any text.

  • can I use my design for another piece?
  • Yes you can, in fact we are offering a 30% discount off for reordering the same design

  • can you create Designs by my specific request?
  • We are open to any proposals or requests: just ask us for a custom design, size and anything else you can think of. Just send us an email.And within one business day a representative will contact you with a quote and assist you to place the order

  • how is my portrait packed for shipping?
  • It is our goal to delivered your Art in an ideal condition. We pack each Canvas Art cautiously to make sure it will arrive safely.Each portrait is wrapped with a layer of wrap that keeps the surface protected, and then it is wrapped with a layer of heavy duty bubble wrap. At the end it's secured in a double layered, cardboard box to guarantee a it will arrive safe to its new home.
